Member Benefits

Networking

Membership with the Greenbrier Chamber Commerce provides opportunities for networking with area business professionals and community leaders through a growing number of programs and events.

Business Before Hours
Every other month, you’ll be invited to this event to share what’s new about your business with other local professionals. Sponsors of this event have the opportunity to share a more in-depth message with the group.

Annual Awards Banquet
Chamber members gather every year to celebrate the past year’s success and recognize the contributions of Greenbrier area business leaders and volunteers. The annual banquet is the networking event of the year and attendance is open to members and non-members alike.

Annual Golf Tournament
You cultivate important business relationships while chasing a small ball across a very well-kept lawn. Best of all, the tournament benefits The Chamber Scholarship Fund, allowing us to award scholarships each year to deserving Greenbrier High School Students.

Lunch and Learn Program
As a member, you’ll be invited to our free brown bag lunch-and-learns where you’ll have the opportunity to pick the brains of state and national experts on a variety of topics. You can come to events that interest you, but remember, you will meet new business people at every event you attend!

Roundtables
Roundtables are beneficial for business building because you get an outside perspective on your challenges and successes. Roundtables are generally organized by topic or by industry and are usually self-moderated.

Teachers’ Breakfast
The Chamber recognizes the correlation between having great schools and business development. Before school starts each year we recognize that relationship by hosting a special breakfast for Greenbrier Teachers. The event features many vendor booths and exciting prizes.

Speed networking
Speed networking is a structured way to make more business contacts in an hour than you would normally make in a month. Fast paced and fun, this event is the most direct way to get to know Greenbrier’s businesses.
