Annual Awards Banquet
Chamber members gather every year to celebrate the past year’s success and recognize the contributions of Greenbrier area business leaders and volunteers. The annual banquet is the networking event of the year and attendance is open to members and non-members alike.
Brierfest and Car Show
This festival benefits the chamber scholarship fund, allowing us to award scholarships each year to deserving Greenbrier High School students. In conjunction with Brierfest, the Chamber hosts a car show for all types of vehicles and awards trophies that are created by Greenbrier High School students.
Teachers’ Breakfast Fair & Business Expo
The Chamber recognizes the correlation between having great schools and business development. Before school starts each year, we recognize that relationship by hosting a special breakfast for all the faculty and staff of Greenbrier Public Schools. The event features a business expo where vendors can expect to interact with approximately 400 potential customers!
Coffee with Council Hosted by the Chamber, Coffee with Council is a great way to meet other local business owners and managers as well as the city council members.
Hometown Mix and Mingle On the third Thursday of each month, different chamber businesses host one of these after hours events. Mix and Mingle has been very well received and is a perfect way to highlight your business to the community. As a host, your business will also be featured as the Chamber’s Business of the Month in our newsletter and on social media.
Hometown Holiday Open House The first Sunday in November is reserved for this event centered on local retailers and restaurants. To kick off holiday shopping, Chamber businesses host open houses from 1 to 4pm. Shoppers are encouraged to shop and dine locally with sales, specials, and stamps! Get stamps from the participating businesses and be entered in drawings for fabulous prizes!
Greenbrier Christmas Parade This event is all about the community! For more than 20 years, businesses, organizations, the City, friends, and neighbors have come together to celebrate the holidays with this annual tradition. Sometimes held in the day and sometimes at night, each year brings something new, but one thing never changes…Santa is always there!
