State lawmakers have proposed an amendment to the Arkansas Constitution that would allow cities and counties to establish economic development districts to attract businesses and incentivize retail or residential investment in their communities. Arkansas is one of only two states in the country that does not allow local governments to create economic development districts. Join us as we learn more about Issue 3 from the Municipal League.
