In 2009 Rory Thompson acquired his first storage unit facility in Conway with hopes of a simple, passive income. He quickly realized that there was much more to owning a storage facility than meets the eye. Greenbrier Manager, Reese Langley shares, “We have an opportunity to serve, encourage, pray over our customers that are going though a transition. Whether it is tragic, rough, or easy, we are here to help our customers store or move their beloved belongings.”
U Storage has over 10 facilities across the state, and has made many changes to their locations. Facilities have updated and improved billing processes, lighting, cameras, security, fences, and have helped improve an overall pleasing aesthetic. However, Langley shares, “our customer service is the number one thing that we pride ourselves in. If we know of a need that a customer shares, we will try to find ways to assist our future customers with that same need.” They also work closely with other U Haul retailers to ensure that customers are well taken care of.
