What started as a small venture between a mother and daughter has grown into a thriving retail presence across multiple locations in Central Arkansas for Hope Dunlap Carter and Lisa Dunlap.

Hope and Lisa first began their journey at Marketplace Boutique, focusing primarily on children’s clothing. As their passion and customer base grew, so did their business. What began as a small start quickly turned into something much bigger.
“I’ve always loved fashion,” Hope shared. “We just started getting more and more into it, and I love doing it. So, here we are!”
Today, Hope runs the business full-time and participates in events throughout the area, including regular events at Pickles Gap and Bella Rustina. In addition to clothing, she has recently added embroidery services. She truly enjoys offering this extra service to customers and it allows them to put a unique spin on the clothing.
The business now has a presence in several locations, including Grace & Co., the Jolly Shop, The Collective in Russellville, Pickle’s Gap Village, and their new storefront at 1 AR-25 North in Greenbrier.

The boutique is especially known for its women’s clothing, carrying popular brands such as Zenana, Jess Lea, and Dear Scarlett. Their selection ranges from dressier styles to comfortable casual pieces. In addition to apparel, shoppers can find gifts, accessories, Western wear, and self care inspired products. They also feature Sassy Body Company’s lotions and face creams, along with Topanga Scents laundry products. With new additions always on the horizon, Hope says they plan to continue expanding their offerings.
With a love for fashion, community events, and creative expression, Hope’s boutique continues to grow! We are excited to welcome them officially to the chamber with their Green Ribbon Welcome! They are located at 1 AR-25 North in Greenbrier next to Spots Salon and Tyler Land Development. (In the Y.)
