The Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce Grace & Co. Marketplace as our 2026 Small Business of the Year. This business beautifully represents collaboration, faith, resilience, and the power of community.

Owner Jennifer Patterson was once a vendor inside the very store she now owns. Grace & Co. Marketplace has a unique business model that features various other smaller boutiques and specialty vendors uniting under one roof. When the previous owner announced that the shop would be closing, it felt like the end of something that mattered deeply. Not just to her, but to several of the small businesses and families who depended on it. “At the same time, Greenbrier was speaking up and sharing how much a shop like this was needed and wanted,” Jennifer shared. “Danny and I both prayed about it, and what happened next truly felt like divine intervention.” Jennifer felt God placing it on her heart to step in. Since that moment, she and her husband have trusted the Lord every step of the way in both of their businesses.
The name Grace & Co. originated from Grace DTF Transfers, the printing side of their business. Today, it represents both the custom printing operation and the vibrant marketplace that has become a staple in the Greenbrier community. Running a small business has been one of Jennifer’s greatest blessings but also one of her greatest challenges. On any given day, she balances vendors, customers, staffing, inventory, marketing, events, and social media. Often wearing every hat at once. “There are days where you’re doing everything and still trying to do it with excellence,” she said. “I’ve learned to overcome those struggles by staying grounded in prayer, staying organized, leaning on my team, and remembering why I started. I truly believe God gives strength and wisdom for what He calls you to.”
Today, Grace & Co. Marketplace is more than a storefront. It is home to over 38 small businesses and families, all growing under one roof. Every purchase made supports real people in Greenbrier and surrounding communities. The shop is thoughtfully curated and intentional about the vendors it brings in, and it continues to expand, welcoming even more small businesses in the weeks ahead.
The business also stays actively connected with customers through TikTok and Facebook, even if it takes 50 takes to get one video just right. That authenticity and willingness to show up has helped build meaningful relationships beyond the store’s walls.
Looking ahead, Jennifer’s vision is clear: continue growing Grace & Co., create more opportunities for small businesses, and build a space where vendors feel supported and customers feel genuinely welcomed. “Grace & Co. is built on faith, community, and relationships,” she said. “It’s not just about products, it’s about people. Our vendors matter. Our customers matter. Greenbrier matters.”

That heart for people, commitment to excellence, and unwavering faith are exactly why Grace & Co. Marketplace exemplifies what it means to be Small Business of the Year. The Greenbrier Chamber Banquet is excited to celebrate them, Thursday March 12th at Legacy Acres. The event is proudly supported by our community partners: Conway Regional Health Systems, First Security Bank, Barksdale Federal Credit Union, First Service Bank, The Children’s Clinic of Conway & Greenbrier, Centennial Bank, Central Christian Academy, First Arkansas Bank & Trust, Karen Ferguson, REALTOR -LPT Realty, and Braswell and Son Pawnbrokers.
