What a poppin’ good time it was! Waco Title was host to a magnificent ribbon cutting with all the bells and whistles featuring a photo booth, refreshments, and fellowship, Tuesday June 7th. The community celebrated and showed up in droves despite the rain!
After tremendous growth in our area, Waco Title officially opened an additional office in the Sims Plaza in November of 2021. Allison Price, Bethany Harris, Sydney Smith Blalack, are the smiling faces that greet you immediately when you walk through the door and share that they are working with clients from all over the nation making the big move to Greenbrier.
When asked what sets them apart from anyone else in this industry, Blalack shares, “We truly care about the community, and enjoy being apart of it. We are involved. We are Greenbrier Proud!” The love they have for Greenbrier is conveyed to each of their clients.
Waco Title has 23 offices across the state. Their services include: title searches, judgment/lien searches, UCC Searches, property tax reports, and they provide copies of title documents to their clients. The Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is honored to have celebrated them, and have them as a community partner.
